Looking for Sales Account Manager (Eglish & Korean Bilingual) who has been being experienced profeesionally at automotive battery supplier Tier 1 for Electric Vehicle OEM customer such as GM, FCA Stellantis, Ford, Tesla, Rivian etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and account management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing solutions, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients GM,FCA Stellantis,FORD, TESLA, Rivian etc.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Provide timely updates to clients on progress of projects.
- Ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
