Purpose:

The Audio & Video Systems Engineer works as a member of a project team that specifies and verifies the in-vehicle performance of audio and video transport, source and reproduction enabled devices/features used in various Infotainment/Telematics connectivity modules within us. The primary audio and video devices/technologies involved with this position include Microphone, Echo Cancellation, Noise Reduction, Bluetooth/Hands-Free Audio, USB, MOST, Entertainment/Audio Subsystem, TTS, Synthesized Speech and various signal interconnect/transport technologies, LCD Displays, Touch Screens, by Giant Savings" href="http://www.detroitkorea.com/xe/community_adboard/17373#" in_rurl="http://i.trkjmp.com/click?v=VVM6MzM0NDg6MjAwMjpiYWNrdXA6NjMwMWFmY2ZiY2FlODQ4M2E3YmY4NDAwMzkwOGI0NTI6ei0xMjQyLTY1NjUxOnd3dy5kZXRyb2l0a29yZWEuY29tOjMzNTMxOjliZjllYjQzMWUyOWI2NWE3YzRhOTY3ZDA5YjRkYzhi">Backup Camera Components/Systems, HDMI transport, LVDS transport and CVBS transport.

Responsibilities:

1. Development of performance specifications. In vehicle test planning and testing.

2. Evaluating customer and product changes as they relate to system performance.

3. Interacting with and supporting all stakehollders relating to the integrated system performance of the end product.

4. Supporting all phases of the product development, including assessment of initial customer requirements, development of our product feature and performance requirements, and verification of system performance prior to final production, and post-production issue analysis and resolution.

5. 6. Overall performance of the end product/system audio transport and reproduction quality and video transport and rendering quality in final vehicle configurations.

7. Educating the end customers as applicable in the areas identified above.

Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:

BS, Electrical Engineering, 5 years experience in audio and/or video performance

specification, testing and/or design; and strong technical, troubleshooting, written and

verbal communication skills. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
