1. 목 적: 한미 장로교 장학재단의 목적에 준하여, 재미 한인 교회와 한 인공동체를 위해 강렬한 사명의식을 가지고 열성으로
봉사하려는 인재발굴과 양성.
2. 신청자격: 미주지역에 있는 한인장로교회에 소속한 학생으로, 다음의 자격을 모두 구비하신 분
(본 장학금을 이미 받으신 분은 제외됨).
① 기독교 신앙이 투철하고 신앙생활이 독실하여 교회와 사회에 모범이 되시는
분으로 교회와 사회를 위해 사명감을 가지고 봉사하려는 학생에 한함.
② 현재 대학교 또는 대학원에 재학중인 학생에 한함.
③ 신학계통의 학문을 공부하는 학생은 미국장로교(PCUSA)산하 신학교에서
M.Dv. 과정을 공부하고 있는 학생에 한함.
④ 미국 시민권이나 영주권을 소지한 학생에 한함.
3. 제출서류: 특별한 신청양식은 없으나 다음 1, 2, 3의 서류를 모두 제출해야 함.
① 명함판 사진이 첨부된 보인 이력서(연락가능한 주소와 전화번호 필수)
② 신앙고백적 사명감과 장래 비젼에 관한 진술서(한글 또는 영문으로 2페이지)
③ 본인 또는 부모님의 2016년도 연방 소득세 1040, 1040A, 또는 1040EZ사본
④ 추천서 2통(1)소속 또는 출석하는 장로교회 담임목사님 추천서 와 (2) 현재
재학중인 대학 또는 대학원의 교수 추천서 1통): 을 본회 사무실에 직접 우송 요
⑤ 본인 재학 중인 학업 성적표를, 본회 사무실에, 학교 당국에 직접, 우송하여야함.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND 2016 (Modified date is June 23rd, 2016.)
1. Purpose: The objective of the Korean-American Presbyterian fund is to discover and to
cultivate the future leaderships of the Korean-American churches & community.
2. Eligibility: The Korean-American students who meet the following qualifications
(Those who were awarded this scholarship previously are not eligible).
① Who upholds the sound faith in Jesus Christ practices the sincere Christian life,
sets an example in their local churches and community, commits to serve church
and community with a strong conviction of calling.
② Who has been enrolled in an accredited college of university or graduate school
(Master's level), in the current academic year.
③ For theological students and the M-Dv. course at the PCUSA theological seminary.
④ The student who is an U.S. citizen or permanent residence.
3. Application: No official form, but the following documents must be accompanied:
① A resume with a photo attached(current address and phone number included).
② A Presbyterian pastor's letter of recommendation with which one has bee affiliated.
and a recommendation from an official academic institution professor.
③ Applicant's or parent's copy of 2016 Federal Income Tax 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.
④ A personal statement of faith, conviction of calling, vocational vision(Either Korean
or English in 2 pages).
⑤ Official transcripts of current academic year mailed directly from the institution to
the office of Korean-American Presbyterian Scholarship Fund.
4. Deadline: June 1th 2017 to July 31th 2017. Date of stamp(All submitted documents not be returned).
