Office / Station Local Manager

 

Job Description: Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, coordinating and conducting meetings, preparing reports, preparing financial data, training and supervising other support staff, enforcing office rules set by management, and providing positive customer interactions.

 

• Maintains all paperwork from Management, Technicians, and Warehouse workers
• Keeps accountability of vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Screening calls made from and to the office
• Making Travel Reservations and sending to Upper Administration
• Providing positive Customer Relations
• Creating reports and able to prepare data for Management
• Handing external or internal communication or management systems

 

Requirements:

• Computer skills
• Excel and Word Proficiency

• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to multitask multiple work at once

Entry Level Home Appliance / TV Field Technician

 

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates who are at an Entry Level in Appliance/TV Repair that are capable to service all current and former models of Samsung Home Appliances and TVs.

 

Which include:

• Refrigerators, Washers/Dryers, Dishwashers, Oven/Stoves, Microwaves, TVs, etc.

 

Appliance/TV Repair Technician Criteria:

• This position is a residential based service for exclusively Samsung Home Appliance/TV products
• Technician will perform diagnosis, evaluation and repair while updating unit status accurately
• Direct customer interaction is required so technicians need to provide good service experiences
• Daily routes are to be serviced and completed in a timely manner

 

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Good understanding of electricity (AC/DC fundamentals)
• Knowledge of using Multi-meters and troubleshooting equipment

 

Driving Requirements:

• Valid State issued Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation

 

Interview test will be given upon initial qualifications

Salary will be based upon education and experience.

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Monday-Friday)

Overtime may be necessary depending on work completion

Experienced Home Appliance / TV Field Technician

 

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates who are at an Experienced Level in Appliance/TV Repair that are capable to service all current and former models of Samsung Home Appliances and TVs.

 

Which include:

• Refrigerators, Washers/Dryers, Dishwashers, Oven/Stoves, Microwaves, TVs, etc.

 

Appliance/TV Repair Technician Criteria:

• This position is a residential based service for exclusively Samsung Home Appliance/TV products

• Must have EPA certification
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Experienced level Technician Skills (3+ Years and able to repair Sealed system):
• Must have 3+ years previous Field Service experience
• Former HA/TV Installation and Repair or related field
• Good understanding of electricity (AC/DC fundamentals)
• Knowledge of using Multi-meters and troubleshooting equipment
• Must be certified for Sealed system (Refrigerator)

 

Driving Requirements:

• Valid State issued Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation

Office Administration

 

Description: Performs administrative duties for local management.

Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, coordinating and conducting meetings, preparing reports, preparing financial data, training and supervising other support staff, enforcing office rules set by management.

 

Manage Paperwork

• Creating, submitting, scanning, and filing all necessary documents for the location such as Purchase orders, Accident Management & Property Damage Forms, Vehicle Logs, and so on.

 

Managing Time Cards and Record Keeping

• Checking and updating for missing times from all local personnel for payroll

 

Asset Inventory (Parts and Local Asset) and supervision of part personnel

• Sorting, maintaining, managing and documenting all assets that are part of the local area.

 

Ticket Management including Ticket completion and Warranty Claims

• Assisting the Manager in admin duties related to tickets on the system

 

Managing Parts and Inventory

• Making sure current stock matches the system count
• Moving parts from stock into bins for technicians both physically and systematically

Warehouse Part Worker

 

Description: Performs Warehouse duties for local management

Warehouse worker responsibilities include (but not limited to): performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

 

Managing Inventory

• Making sure current stock matches the system count
• Moving parts from stock into bins for technicians both physically and systematically

 

Receiving parts

• Parts are received and put into the system and physically moved to appropriate locations.

 

Checking Outgoing parts to Technicians

• Ensuring that technicians are taking all parts that are needed to conduct field services.

 

Checking Incoming parts from Technicians

• Checking, separating, and scanning used parts from inventory and unused parts back into inventory

 

Creating and handling RA

• Creating, managing, and shipping return parts

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Assist Technicians in the event they need help with moving products due to weight/size
