The Business Development Market Segment Specialist is responsible for contributing to the overall success of a Retail Banking Center by committing to banker readiness, conducting

marketing activities leading to revenue growth in loans, deposits and noninterest income, contributing to a successful customer centric experience, proactively managing disciplined operational risk activities as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university OR 4 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Korean
• 4 years of Consumer/Business development experience in Retail or Financial Sales
• 2 years of Financial Services experience OR completion of a Bank Management Training Program
• 1 year of experience with utilizing Microsoft Office Products including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
